This project is envisaged by the promoters to provide high
quality educational campus. The phase I shall provide for
necessary building infrastructure for primary school, middle
school leading unto class ten, all in one building; whereas
junior college and technical institute in another separate
building.
Phase II shall provide for hostel facility for both the genders
and an auditorium. The large building masses of the two independent
structures are scaled down by distorting their geometry; making
the built form extremely dynamic.
Similarly, modulating the surface rendering of the external
planes is intended to highlight the distortion generated between
them. The student community shall have ample interactive spaces
within and outside the buildings.
Long corridors are avoided by laying all classrooms of primary
and middle school along the perimeter of the square plan and
positioning the central block of shared amenities like library,
labs etc diagonally between them. This arrangement generates
light wells all around the internal spaces and a circumventing
corridor.
The architectural character is intended to impart a sense
of pride in belonging to the institute amongst all associated
with it.
